Content Responsibility:
The Company is not responsible for the content of the books published by Authors. Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the content, including but not limited to text, images, and illustrations, provided for publication.
Copyright and Permissions:
Authors must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions for all content included in their books, including text, images, and any other materials. The Company assumes no liability for any copyright infringement or unauthorized use of third-party content.
Editing and Proofreading:
While the Company offers editing and proofreading services, Authors are ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving all changes made to their manuscripts. The Company cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors or omissions.
Publication Timelines:
The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet publication timelines, but it cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, third-party service providers, or changes requested by the Author.
Sales and Royalties:
The company doesn’t at the moment sell books on behalf of authors, but in cases where this is the case, authors are entitled to royalties as per their agreement with the Company, but the Company cannot guarantee specific sales figures or income.
Distribution:
In the case whereby the company is distributing the author’s book, the company will distribute books through established channels, but it cannot be held liable for any distribution issues beyond its control, such as delays in delivery or availability through retailers.
Promotion:
The Company offers promotional services, but the success of book promotion may vary. Authors are encouraged to actively participate in the promotion of their books.
Indemnification:
Authors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the content of their books, copyright violations, or any other issues related to the publication process.
Termination:
The Company reserves the right to terminate its services to Authors if they violate any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Changes to Terms:
The Company may update these terms and conditions from time to time, and Authors are encouraged to review them periodically.
